- Wild Andalusian figs cut into small pieces
- Peanuts or cashews, crushed
- Smoked duck breasts
- County slats or Parmesan
- Vinegar: Olive oil, Sherryvinegar, Salt, pepper 4 berries
Laver and wring the salad. Prepare the dressing.
Arrange on plates: salad, slices of smoked duck breast, slices of cheese and then “Wild Figuettes of Andalusia”. Drizzle with dressing before serving and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or cashews.
Also made with mesclun or endives or small leaves of raw spinach!
